At Home- All guests at wine tasting events must be over 18 and be able to prove it if necessary. To avoid embarrassment, young looking guests should carry their passport or photo driving licence.
- A minimum of 8 people are required for a tasting ‘At Home’ and regrettably once a figure has been agreed the costs will apply per head.
- Tastings will normally last between 1.5 and 2 hours and can make up part of an event or be the main event itself, however, it is best to have the tasting at the beginning of the event.
- The Wine Taster will arrive 20 minutes before the start of your event. It’s a good idea to give your guests a fixed start time.
- The booking fee and booking form are required to secure your tasting and must be received at least 2 weeks before your event
- A £5 deposit per person is required for ‘At Home’ tastings and must be received before the event date. The deposit is non-refundable.
- Any outstanding balance for ‘At Home’ events is due before the event begins, then you can relax and have fun.
- The Wine Taster host accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury during the tasting.
Corporate

- Invoices must be paid within 14 days.
- If an event is cancelled 7 days or less before the event date, unfortunately the full cost of the event will apply.

- An agreed deposit is required, usually £5 per head, and must be received before the event date. The deposit is non-refundable.
